Volunteer Team
We welcome any individual or organisation who shares our values and missions and has a passion for volunteer work to join us. Individuals/organisations may submit a completed “Volunteer Service – Registration Form” or register online via “Online Volunteer Registration”.

Volunteer Participation and Benefits

Volunteers with outstanding performance who have accumulated the required service hours will be nominated by our Centres for a certificate of commendation. (For details, please refer to the Volunteer Commendation Guidelines).

Able to manage their own membership, services, training, commendation and other records via our Centres’ “Volunteer Service Register”.
Use of the Volunteer Service Register

Each volunteer will be given a “Volunteer Service Register” for recording their service hours.

Volunteers are required to keep their “Volunteer Service Register” secure, and should notify our Centres as soon as possible in the event of loss.
Volunteer Commendation Guidelines
Volunteers will be evaluated based on their accumulated service hours within a year at our Centres.
Award criteria:
25 service hours or above – Bronze certificate
50 service hours or above – Silver certificate
100 service hours or above – Gold certificate
The service hours are calculated on an annual basis, including any form of volunteer service rendered at our Centres during January 1 to December 31 each year.
